From Nate:

Hi Kamau. I share the concerns you and the rest of the Esks have with the 1-2 start. In some cities, 1-2 gets you a parade, but I guess it's different in the capital. Anyway.. one thing I wonder about is "the room." Any concern that EE has brought in a number of players with, shall we say, "losing imprimateurs"? Guys who weren't schooled in "the Eskimo Way."? Former Riders, Bombers, et. al. ... your thoughts? Is this just stuff fans and sports writers care about? Thanks NY

Hey Nate,

The concern is mild there, but I understand what you're saying. I feel like the onus is on us as guys who have been here to steer them in the right way. Most are already understanding and bought in to how we do things here, the rest will fall in line I'm sure.

From Dan:

Hiya KP thanks for the answer earlier. I love AJ Harris that boy can run and am glad DM called him back. Was wondering on July 10 was that a Worman offense? I loved seeing us run with Authority Bert McCarty and Harris were great and Ricky scrambled much better than I thought he could. Hopefully this week we will go with whomever called last weeks game. Good luck to you and the rest of my team.

Hey Dan,

I agree, our offence is at it's most dangerous when we're able to run and pass equally. Coach Maciocia was calling the plays just like he always does. He, Coach Worman, Coach Kelly, and Jason Maas are all responsible for putting that offence together. If you're going to put credit on one, I think they all deserve it.

From Todd:

Hey there KP! I have watched you career in the CFL and since you joined they Esks have really done well. What has been the difference in Edmonton compared to say Hamilton with your performance? Good Luck in \'09!!

Hey Todd,

The biggest difference for me has been opportunity. The balls that I would get thrown to me while playing wideout were so few and far between, Its difficult to maintain focus without some semblance of rhythm for some players. The slot has been good to me that way.

From Glenn:

Hey Kamau, You guys are pretty solid at the Wide Receiver position, just wondering if in your opinion there is any chance we will get Kelly Campbell back this season? I wish him well in his tryout with Tampa Bay but he sure was fun to watch last season. P.S. Congrats on Top Canadian last season, you were a more than worthy recipient. Thanks

Hey Glenn, if I had to guess without really knowing what's going on down in Tampa, my guess would be that Kelly will stick. If not, so be it...but I can't see them ignoring that type of ability.
